This year we moved into a monster of a house which needs a complete overhaul. The Complete Group have been hard at work on a complete renovation. Currently we have completed the upstairs (four bedrooms, an ensuite, a bathroom and a walk in closet), stairs, hall and downstairs bathroom. Everything has been ripped out to start again, which was no small task. We have built walls, removed doors, put other doors on, and taken other walls out. We've plastered pretty much everywhere and have completely overhauled the central heating and electrics.  

 

The result is phenomenal. A compete transformation, the bathrooms in particular are really luxurious. The price was competitive, nothing was too much trouble. As a woman, I felt comfortable being alone in the house with all of the workers who came in, who were respectful and discrete and made me feel at ease.

 

I can't imagine that I am a very easy customer (fussy is more accurate than I care to admit), but The Complete Group worked with me to turn what was in my head into a reality, despite how outlandish this might have been at times and how many last minute curve balls I threw in. They helped me formulate my ideas into something practical and helped me find solutions within my own budget that still achieved the the overall look. It is obvious that they really care that you will love the end result!

 

In honesty, I couldn't recommend The Complete Group more and will definitely be using them again when I have saved enough to finish the downstairs!
